Bill Forrester Bio

Bill Forrester PWC is Catering Manager at the Holiday Inn Palm Springs City Center
and has almost thirty years of experience in hospitality.
Staring his career as
a banquet waiter for a family-owned hotel in California’s Central Valley, he worked
his way to become the Director of Catering. Handling 75-80 weddings and receptions
each year, he was eventually called the “Wedding King of Visalia” by his peers!
The call of the big city has led him to work with some of the giants in the industry,
such as Hilton, Sheraton, Intercontinental Hotel Group and Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse in
both California and Georgia. While in Georgia, he did the work to earn the official
designation PWC behind his name. It stands for Professional Wedding Consultant.
Bill has experienced every aspect of catering, including Citywide Conventions, business
groups, social events and even backstage catering for popular entertainers.
