Space both indoor and out door. outdoor usually where ceremonies are held and can accommodate up to 200 guests. Indoors they can accommodate 80 guests for a reception. Out door receptions can accommodate 180-200 guests. If entire site is used for wedding, there is no site fee.

Vendor Pricing Code: $ = Moderate Pricing $$ = Mid-Range $$$ = Upper End of Market

Vendor qualifications needed to achieve “preferred vendor” status

In order to be listed above, most vendors must meet four of nine of the below requirements including #'s 1, 2 & 9.

  1. Currently be on the “Preferred Vendor” list of the venue, or, be verbally approved by management
  2. Pledge to the below code of ethics
  3. Be referred by a Certified Wedding or Event Planner
  4. Be a member in good standing of a wedding organization
  5. Have a minimum of ten verifiable venue / wedding vendor references
  6. Have appropriate industry insurance indemnifying the venue
  7. Attend periodic wedding vendor training classes
  8. Be familiar with the venue, having performed services in the past, or participate in a site viewing
  9. Agree to have their listing removed from the venue list should there be cause

Code of ethics
I pledge myself to honesty and integrity; to pursue my profession and education so that service to my clients shall be maintained with high standards and practices.

Article 1. I will accurately represent my qualifications and experience in both oral and written communications.
Article 2. I will act and speak professionally so as not to offend nor bring discredit to other professionals in the vendor service industry.
Article 3. I will be committed to understanding my customer's needs, approaches and goals in promotion of service and proposal.
Article 4. I will share knowledge and professional experience with others.
Article 5. I will maintain the trust of clients and respect the affairs of clients and others who may share confidential information.
Article 6. I will treat other professionals with professional courtesy and dignity.
Article 7. I will provide services in those areas in which I am qualified to serve, taking into consideration available opportunities to develop new services or take on new opportunities. When unable or unqualified to fulfill requests for service, I will make every effort to recommend the services of another vendor whose business practices also exemplify this code of ethics.
Article 8. I will protect the public against fraud and unfair practices and shall attempt to disengage all practices that bring discredit to the profession.
Article 9. I will not be party to agreements that unfairly limit or restrain access to the marketplace by any other wedding professional, client, or to the public, based upon race, creed, color, sex, age, physical disability, sexual orientation or country of national origin.
