Platinum Service Coordination of mid-size wedding production. Happily Ever After Coordination of large wedding production.

Gold Standard We will work with you about four to six weeks prior to your wedding to help coordinate with your vendors. We will provide timelines and checklists that will keep everyone on the same page as your wedding day unfolds. CHANGING WEDDING DATE OR LOCATION:
Once your wedding date is secured you have 2 weeks to change the date or location without penalty. If you decide, for any reason, to change your wedding date or location after the 2 weeks then a $275.00 fee will be incurred. This fee covers the costs for the time and paperwork involved in re-scheduling your location and vendors.

CANCELLATIONS:
If for any reason you decide to cancel your wedding entirely within 30 days of the wedding date, you will be charged 100% of your total wedding services (including the non-refundable coordination deposit). Additional fees may also be incurred by vendors (per their cancellation policy).

If for any reason you decide to cancel your wedding entirely 30 to 60 days prior to the wedding date, you will be charged 25% of your total wedding services (on top of the non-refundable coordination deposit) and 10% if its within 60 to 90 days of the wedding date. This fee covers the costs for the time and paperwork involved in canceling your wedding. Additional fees may also be incurred by vendors (per their cancellation policy). Cancellations prior to 90 days of your wedding date will receive a full refund, less the original coordination deposit and credit card transactions fees of 3% (if payment was made by credit card). Additional fees may also be incurred by vendors (per their cancellation policy).
