 Dear Richard:
James and I want to thank you for all of your assistance in helping to coordinate our big event. In the beginning, hiring a wedding coordinator was not something we had considered. But, given the fact that we were planning an out-of-town event and after several frustrating attempts at locating just the right venue on our own, we knew it was the right decision for us. After speaking with you on the phone and meeting you in person, we were so happy to have found someone who understood completely our "vision"" for our wedding day.
Hiring you to coordinate our wedding enabled the process of planning to become so much more efficient. By organizing our day trips to the desert and setting our meetings with vendors, you saved us a lot of time and allowed us to accomplish more with the time that we had while we were there - often for only one day.

 I, particularly, was so happy with the fact that you could recommend so many vendors to us and you saved me so much time in having to research them on my own. I also was very confident in the fact that you had worked with them all in the past and therefore, you provided us with the only recommendation that we needed to feel secure that they would do a great job.
Richard, we really appreciated the fact that you provided us with such personalized service. I rarely, if ever, had to leave a message for you. You were almost always available by cell phone whenever
I called (of course, at reasonable hours!) At the end of the process,
I felt more like I had made a friend than hired a wedding coordinator. I was so used to speaking with you during the week!

 Planning a wedding - especially an out-of-town wedding is a stressful and time-consuming process. I really want you to know how helpful it was to have you and all of our vendors be so professional and accommodating to our specific requests and needs for our big event. Every bride and groom thinks their wedding day is the most important day. You and everyone mentioned really helped us to feel that it was not only important to us but also important to them that the event be exactly as we had envisioned and hoped. Thank you again for everything and please do not hesitate to use us as a reference in the future.
Lastly, your overseeing our event gave us both the opportunity to truly enjoy our wedding worry free. I knew that by having you there I would not have to deal with any potential issues or problems that may arise during the event. You kept things moving on schedule and helped the event to run smoothly and successfully. All the while, making your presence known but remaining on the outskirts of the party.
